Bernie DeSantis, III

Bernie is the CEO of Insignia Training Partners, a training strategist and virtual events consultant with over 20 years of experience creating engaging, human-centered learning experiences. He works with organizations, educators, and thought leaders to deliver events that foster connection, clarity, and impact.

 

Bernie’s commitment to suicide prevention is deeply personal. In 2001, he lost his best friend, Christopher George Bailey, to suicide—an event that changed the course of his life. Today, Bernie uses his platform to create brave spaces where difficult conversations can happen, and where healing, awareness, and action can begin. He believes that by talking openly, we can save lives.

Michaela J. Gagne, LMHC, CAGS

Michaela is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Art Therapist, and School Adjustment Counselor with 15 years of experience supporting youth and families in Fall River, Massachusetts. She currently leads Mental Health Initiatives for United Neighbors of Fall River, where she advocates for Social Emotional Learning, suicide prevention, and trauma-informed education. A dynamic speaker and passionate community leader, Michaela blends clinical expertise with deep compassion—making mental health approachable, actionable, and human. Outside of her work, she’s a proud wife, soccer coach, and mom to a vibrant, blended family.

Dave Gieselman

Dave is a former chef who now works with leaders, creatives, and high performers as a speaker, coach, and applied physiology expert. Transitioning to full-time executive coaching after three decades in professional kitchens, Dave knows how to operate in environments where clarity is non-negotiable and stress is a constant.

After experiencing addiction and catastrophic burnout early in his career, he became obsessed with high-speed nervous system regulation in zero-error environments and the physiology that enables focus and decision-making under pressure. His work blends breathwork, neuroscience, and flow-state principles into practical tools people can apply immediately to reduce stress and improve their quality of life, their work, and their relationships.
